Director's Division

Marla S. Moore, AOC Director

The Director's Division oversees the AOC's work, serving as a liaison between the agency's governing body, the Judicial Council of Georgia, and its divisions and offices. The Director's Division is comprised of Human Resources, Communications, Governmental and Trial Court Liaison, General Counsel, and Budget Development. The director determines priorities, strategy, and direction of the agency and oversees its divisions. Read More

 

Court Services

Molly JM Perry, Court Services Division Director

The Court Services Division assesses court processes and operations, identifies opportunities for improvement, and proposes innovative solutions for court professionals, judges, and court systems. Read More

 

Financial Administration

Randy Dennis, Financial Administration Division Director

The Financial Administration Division provides fiscal services for the Judicial Council, AOC, courts, and other judicial branch organizations. Services provided include: payroll administration, budget preparation and management, audit compliance, invoicing, fixed asset management, and accounts receivable and payable. Staff also provides budget data to the Governor and General Assembly on behalf of each Judicial Council budgetary unit.  Read More

 

Information Technology

Jorge Basto, Information Technology Division Director

The Information Technology Division develops and supports court automation projects including the Child Support E-filing System, the AOC Judicial Information and Customer Portal, local case management and docketing systems for participating Georgia courts, and EXPRESS for e-citation solutions. Staff manages desktop software and equipment, the AOC network, e-mail, websites, and listservs. Read More
